Don't Sell Guidance

The directors of Widespread Portfolios have become aware of certain developments that may have a material impact on the value of the Company's assets.

Particulars of the developments cannot be disclosed to the market at this time as they are incomplete matters and confidential. It is currently anticipated that the Company will be in a position to release to the market full particulars of these developments before the close of trading on Friday 22 May, 2009.

The Board of Widespread recommends that shareholders wait for these developments to be disclosed to the market before they deal in the Company's shares.
