Resignation of Director – Keith Hindle

Widespread Portfolios Limited (NZX: WID) advises that it has received the resignation of Keith Hindle as a director of the company with effect from 5pm, Friday 6 July 2012.

Keith holds several directorships and has decided to reduce his work commitments. Keith has also resigned as a director of Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited with effect from 30 June 2012.

Keith has been a director of WID since prior to its listing in 2004 and has made a significant contribution to the company. On behalf of shareholders the WID Board thanks Keith and wishes him all the best for the future.
